Hello! We are so excited to for you to get to know us!

Jon and Maddie Kusz started their business in 2021, when they built their first house. From there, the projects and rental properties just took off. As they both help each other out, Jon mostly handles the general contracting and building, as Maddie manages the rental properties.

Jon and Maddie, along with their two children and family dog, live in Baldwin and have become a large part of the community.
